For organizations running Kubernetes workloads monitored by Prometheus, ZigiOps enables automatic escalation of container and pod-level alerts into OBM, where they can be correlated with broader infrastructure and application events to determine business impact. Operations teams gain a consolidated view of cloud-native health signals without needing to access Prometheus directly, and OBM's service model provides the context needed to route Kubernetes incidents to the correct team based on affected service ownership. This integration is particularly valuable in hybrid environments where cloud-native and traditional infrastructure monitoring must be managed within a single operations framework.
ZigiOps connects Prometheus alerting rules with Operations Bridge Manager, automatically forwarding Alertmanager-triggered alerts into OBM's event correlation engine as structured operations events. This enables IT operations teams to manage Prometheus-generated alerts alongside signals from other monitoring tools within a single, unified operations console, without building or maintaining custom webhook integrations. OBM's topology-aware correlation engine can then suppress, deduplicate, and prioritize Prometheus alerts based on service model context, dramatically reducing alert noise for on-call engineers and operations staff.
How the Integration Works
Start Syncing Data
Activate your integration and watch your data flow between systems in real time. Monitor sync status, review logs, and fine-tune settings as needed — all from a single UI.
Customise Your Integration
Tailor the integration to your exact needs using the no-code visual interface. Map fields across systems — ZigiOps supports text, numeric, date, dropdown, multi-select, checkbox, user/assignee, attachment, and custom fields.
Set sync direction (one-way or bidirectional), define filters to control which records sync, configure conflict resolution rules, and apply value transformations to ensure data consistency between platforms.
Choose an Integration Template
Select from a library of pre-built integration templates designed for the most common use cases. Each template comes with preexisting field mappings, filters, and sync rules ready to go.
Simply click "Enable" and the integration will start.
Connect Your Systems
Configure the connection to your source and target systems in ZigiOps.
Authentication is supported via basic credentials or OAuth, depending on the platform. We recommend creating a dedicated user account for ZigiOps to ensure clean audit trails and easier troubleshooting. The required permissions for this user will vary based on your specific integration use case.
Install ZigiOps or Login for SaaS
Download and install the ZigiOps integration platform on your preferred environment — on-premise or cloud.
The setup takes just a few minutes with no coding required.
