What type of data do we process?

When you visit our Website, contact us and request a demo of our product or services or you consent to receive marketing communications about our products and services, we process the following data that you provide us with:

  • your family name;
  • your email adress;
  • your company details
When you provide us your data you guarantee its veracity and authenticity as well as that you are its owner. We remind you that you shall not provide us third party data, except when having an express informed consent to do so from such a third party. Furthermore, you shall not provide us any special categories of data.
We may also collect information if you have opted to connect with us via social media including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter or if you send us a private or direct message via social media.

What are the purposes of the processing of your data?

When you make a request for a demo on our website or you contact us for information about our products, we process your data in order to be able to respond to your request and therefore provide you with the service you required and/ or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
When you provide your express consent for the reception of marketing communications, we process your data in order to inform you about new features, modifications, events or others related to the product or service for which you requested a demo or information or other similar ZigiWave’s products or services which might be interesting for you as a customer.
In some cases, we process your data in order to comply with our legal obligations and/ or statutory requirements.

We will not share your data, except with the following recipients:

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?

When we request your explicit consent for the processing of your data, this is the legal basis which we rely on, please remember that you can withdraw your consent at any moment.
When you request a demo on our Website or You contact us through the “Contact us” form depending of the information you provide us with, we process your data when it is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into contract with you and/ or on the basis of our legitimate interest to communicate with you and to provide you with relevant information about ZigiWave’s products or services.

For how long we store your data?

We will store and otherwise process your data only until it is necessary and proportionated for the purposes established in the present Privacy Policy. Nevertheless, the data will be immediately eliminated in case the legal basis for its processing is no longer valid, except if we have other legal obligation to store it. In the latter case it will be blocked and may be stored solely for the purpose of responding to such legal obligations

We have implemented the appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary in order to guarantee the security of your data and to avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorized access or processing, taking into consideration the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they might be exposed.
