ZigiOps maps New Relic application and service health data to the corresponding CIs in OBM, keeping the operational status of application-layer components synchronized with observed performance conditions in real time. When New Relic reports a degraded or critical state for a monitored application, ZigiOps updates the relevant OBM CI accordingly, ensuring that the service model reflects actual application health rather than potentially stale infrastructure-only data. This creates a more complete and accurate service health picture in OBM, directly improving the quality of automated incident correlation and the speed of service impact analysis.
ZigiOps bridges New Relic's application performance monitoring with Operations Bridge Manager, automatically forwarding APM alerts and violation events into OBM's event management layer for centralized correlation and routing. IT operations teams gain visibility into New Relic-detected performance issues, such as response time degradations, error rate spikes, and Apdex threshold breaches, without needing to monitor a separate New Relic console. By consolidating New Relic signals alongside infrastructure and network events in OBM, teams can perform faster, more accurate impact assessments and route incidents to the right resolver group from a single operations pane.
How the Integration Works
Start Syncing Data
Activate your integration and watch your data flow between systems in real time. Monitor sync status, review logs, and fine-tune settings as needed — all from a single UI.
Customise Your Integration
Tailor the integration to your exact needs using the no-code visual interface. Map fields across systems — ZigiOps supports text, numeric, date, dropdown, multi-select, checkbox, user/assignee, attachment, and custom fields.
Set sync direction (one-way or bidirectional), define filters to control which records sync, configure conflict resolution rules, and apply value transformations to ensure data consistency between platforms.
Choose an Integration Template
Select from a library of pre-built integration templates designed for the most common use cases. Each template comes with preexisting field mappings, filters, and sync rules ready to go.
Simply click "Enable" and the integration will start.
Connect Your Systems
Configure the connection to your source and target systems in ZigiOps.
Authentication is supported via basic credentials or OAuth, depending on the platform. We recommend creating a dedicated user account for ZigiOps to ensure clean audit trails and easier troubleshooting. The required permissions for this user will vary based on your specific integration use case.
Install ZigiOps or Login for SaaS
Download and install the ZigiOps integration platform on your preferred environment — on-premise or cloud.
The setup takes just a few minutes with no coding required.
