ZigiOps enables seamless, real-time integration between Operations Bridge Manager (OBM) and Jira, automating workflows and eliminating manual tasks without any coding required.

Step 1: Connect Systems

Log into ZigiOps and verify your connections to OBM and Jira. The platform ensures secure and stable connectivity to both environments.

Step 2: Choose Integration Template

From the Configurator menu, select a pre-defined integration template tailored for OBM–Jira use cases. Templates come with default triggers, mappings, and logic that can be fully customized.

Step 3: Configure Operations

Adjust the integration at the operational level: – Set data collection methods (Listeners or Pollers) – Define filtering conditions for incoming data – Map fields between OBM events and Jira tasks

Step 4: Save and Activate

Once configuration is complete and verified, save the integration and activate it.

Step 5: Watch the Integration in Action

Trigger an event in OBM. ZigiOps automatically detects it and creates a corresponding task in Jira. The integration supports bi-directional synchronization: any updates—such as changes in status, custom fields, or comments—made in OBM or Jira are reflected in the other system in real time.
