TOPdesk – vROps Integration Use Case

With ZigiOps, you can instantly connect TOPdesk and vROps so your teams can get the data in real time.

When an alert is triggered in vROps, ZigiOps allows you to redirect it automatically, based on specific conditions, or manually, if that’s necessary. ZigiOps collects it based on your configuration, and creates a new incident in TOPdesk, containing all details from the vROps alert.

If the vROps alert is updated, ZigiOps detects that and logs the update in TOPdesk. Updates include lifecycle synchronization, regular fields, and custom attributes.
