Zendesk Support – vROps Integration Use Case

With ZigiOps, you can quickly sync ITSM and ITOM by connecting Zendesk Support and VMware vROps.

When an alert is triggered in vROps, ZigiOps redirects it automatically. The integration platform collects the data based on pre-configured filters, and creates a new incident in Zendesk Support, which contains all the vROps alert details.

If the alert is updated in vROps, ZigiOps updates it in real time and logs the update into the related incident in Zendesk Support. Updates include all relevant data – lifecycle synchronization, regular fields, custom attributes.
