In case your organization is using SAP SolMan to analyze and track your systems and also VMware vROps for system optimizations, you might need to integrate both apps to get a real-time view on your environment status. Here is an example how ZigiOps can do that for you.

There is an alert in SAP SolMan caused by exceeded CPU usage of an app. The data needs to be transferred to vROps to manage the allocated resources for this app. ZigiOps automatically collects all the details for the alert and logs them in vROps.

Whenever there are changes in the alert or it is closed, ZigiOps gathers them and forwards them to vROps with all the related application information. This way all changes are synced in real-time in both directions.

If there are specific events from SAP SolMan that you would like to transfer to vROps, you can easily do that, as well. ZigiOps provides advanced filtering and mapping capabilities that give you full control over what data is transferred.
