ZigiOps maps Zabbix host and trigger states to the corresponding configuration items in OBM, ensuring that the operational health of monitored resources is always accurately reflected in OBM's service model in real time. When Zabbix reports a host as unavailable or a service check as failed, the linked CI in OBM is updated immediately, giving IT operations teams a current and reliable view of infrastructure health across the full environment. This synchronization improves the accuracy of automated impact analysis in OBM and ensures that incidents generated from Zabbix events are routed to the correct resolver teams based on the most up-to-date service model data.
