OPTIC DL - SolarWinds Integration
You can use this integration if your main infrastructure optimization and monitoring system is SolarWinds and you want to synchronize metrics into Micro Focus OPTIC Data Lake.
ZigiOps collects metrics from SolarWinds and reports them to OPTIC DL. You have full control over data filtering to make sure it collects only the required SolarWinds data. ZigiOps can collect all types of metrics like host, cluster, VM metrics, ESXi host, etc. You also have access to the data sets, which define what types of metrics are reported to OPTIC DL. For example, we provide two collections which are hosts and ESXi hosts metrics.
Additionally, ZigiOps can detect changes to the SolarWinds metrics, and send them to OPTIC DL. This way all data is kept up to date automatically.
Common challenges for OPTIC DL and Solarwinds
OPTIC DL receives and processes high volume and velocity data from several independent data sources and optimizes systems resources. SolarWinds provides monitoring and lifecycle management of your assets and helps you solve diverse business challenges. If you are using both tools in your organization, and they are not connected, you might experience delays, missing important metrics, and inaccurate analysis. You can avoid these problems by integrating OPTIC DL and SolarWinds. Using an integration platform can enhance your stability and operational efficiency.
How do we solve them?
A powerful integration platform, like ZigiOps, allows you to unify your data on a single platform and improve data accessibility by connecting OPTIC DL and SolarWinds. You don’t need to do any coding to set up and deploy your integration with ZigiOps. The integration platform automatically collects metrics from SolarWinds and reports them to OPTIC DL.
