New Relic – OpsBridge Integration Use Case

There is a need to synchronize APM topology discovered by New Relic’s agents with OpsBridge . This happens via an Operations Connector. The synchronized topology data becomes part of the OBM RTSM structure. It is kept up-to-date based on a pre-defined schedule.

ZigiOps automatically collects New Relic’s alerts and sends them to OBM. ZigiOps synchronizes all alert details, based on flexible data field mapping configurations. These alert details include “related CI” information so that the event will point to the correct RTSM CI in OBM, which was created from NR topology.
