Ivanti - OpsBridge Integration Use Case
If you are using Ivanti for asset and service management, and on the other hand using OpsBridge for monitoring your systems, you can benefit a lot by syncing the two applications.
With the ZigiOps integration, you can automatically transfer any Event that OBM has gathered from different tools, to Ivanti, based on your predefined conditions. This integration is bi-directional, so you can automatically log or update Ivanti incidents into OBM.
OBM picks up a new Event in its Event browser. ZigiOps logs a new Alert in Ivanti, including all Event details from OBM.
ZigiOps features a back-sync option between Ivanti and OBM. So if the Event is updated in OBM, the according updates will automatically be done in Ivanti, too. Respectively, if there are updates in Ivanti, they will be synced back to OBM.
You have control of all field mapping options, allowing you to set trigger conditions based on your use case, and select which updates need to be synced between the two tools. Updates include lifecycle synchronization, regular fields, custom attributes, and annotations.
