Which ConnectWise and Jira versions are supported?
ZigiOps supports ConnectWise PSA in both cloud and on-premise deployments; contact us to confirm your ConnectWise version. For Jira it supports Jira Software and Jira Service Management 7.x or newer on all deployment types.
How does ZigiOps connect to ConnectWise and Jira?
ConnectWise PSA connects with a Company ID plus a Public Key and Private Key generated in the API Keys section of the integration user's account. Jira Cloud connects with OAuth 2.0: you sign in with your Atlassian account and approve the ZigiWave app, so no API token is needed. Jira Data Center and Server connect with Basic authentication.
