With ZigiOps, you can easily align and sync ITSM and ITOM by connecting Zendesk and OpsBridge Manager (OBM).
OBM receives events from different tools, which you can redirect manually or automatically (based on specific conditions) with ZigiOps.
OBM receives a new event in the event browser. This event is then transferred to a connected server for ZigiOps. ZigiOps creates a new incident in Zendesk, containing the OBM event details. After that, it returns the ticket number to the OBM event as an external ID.
The OBM event is then updated. The integration platform reports the update to the related incident in Zendesk. Updates include lifecycle synchronization, regular fields, custom attributes, and annotations.
The Zendesk incident is also updated. ZigiOps automatically reports the update in the related event in OBM. Updates include lifecycle synchronization, regular fields, custom fields, and comments or work notes.
